11th House Initiatives, with funding from the Maryland Energy Administration, helps Eastern Shore households find and apply for state and utility programs that can help pay for home energy-efficiency improvements, weatherization, and electrification. Take two minutes to see what may be available to you.

Many Maryland homeowners and renters don't realize how much help may be available:

- Home energy-efficiency improvements: insulation, air sealing, and equipment upgrades that can help lower your monthly bills. Depending on the program and your household's eligibility, rebates and incentives may cover some or all of the cost.

- Electrification: programs that can help you replace older heating and water heating systems with modern electric equipment, like heat pumps. For the greatest benefit, electrification upgrades should be paired with efficiency improvements, which help your home use less energy and allow heating and cooling equipment to work more efficiently.

- No cost to apply, no obligation: we're a local nonprofit, not a sales call. We don't sell or install anything. Programs are run by their own administrators and approved contractors, who make the final eligibility decisions.
