About 11th House Initiatives

11th House Initiatives is a nonprofit organization focused on strengthening community resilience through housing, energy, and implementation support initiatives.

We work to improve equitable access to public-benefit resources by developing practical, community-centered programs that help communities and households successfully navigate complex systems and implementation barriers.

Our work operates at the intersection of:

  • housing stability,

  • energy affordability,

  • healthy homes,

  • community resilience,

  • and operational infrastructure development.

Our Mission

Our mission is to advance equitable community outcomes by developing effective systems, partnerships, and programs that address unmet needs in underserved and low- and moderate-income communities.

What We Do

11th House Initiatives develops and supports programs focused on:

  • energy equity and electrification initiatives,

  • whole-home resilience and housing support,

  • community navigation and implementation support,

  • public-benefit program administration,

  • cross-sector partnership coordination,

  • operational infrastructure development,

  • outreach and education,

  • and implementation-focused community support systems.

Our Approach

Many public-benefit programs are difficult to navigate and fragmented across agencies, funding streams, contractors, and service providers.

While funding and technical solutions often exist, households and communities frequently encounter barriers including:

  • administrative complexity,

  • unclear pathways,

  • deferred housing conditions,

  • contractor coordination challenges,

  • and disconnected systems.

11th House Initiatives focuses on the operational and coordination challenges that often prevent communities from fully benefiting from available resources.

Our work emphasizes:

  • trusted partnerships,

  • practical implementation,

  • operational coordination,

  • long-term infrastructure,

  • and community-centered program delivery.

We believe sustainable community impact requires more than funding alone. It requires systems that help people successfully move from eligibility to completed outcomes.
